In comparison with the pre-formed cup, the FFS technology decreases the cost per cup factor through important savings on plastic material (from 20% to 60% for labelled cups). It reduces the importance of the logistic apsect (fewer material stocks) and does not need cup cleaning process prior to filling.
Mould belongs to the OYSTAR ERCA-FORMSEAL machine's owner. Cup shape and capacity may be easily changed and adapted to market evolutions.
